Proe – Whatever You’re On I’ll Take 2 MIXTAPE DOWNLOAD

The mixtape has arrived! After a few hurdles, mostly adding new songs, then us going on tour. The “Whatever You’re On I’ll Take 2″ mixtape has been complied, checked and double checked for quality, normalized, equalized, quantified, pasteurized and packaged for your listening pleasure. Proe delivers in full force with this mixtape packed with all the rapper talk and witty wit you want in a mixtape. Flexing his versatility and strong hold on the art, Proe makes it painfully clear that he is ready to go on any beat at any time.

Proe is coming out of a 5 year hiatus from album work with his new project produced by DJ MF Shalem. His previous albums, Tags on The Wall, and Perfect, were very well received when they introduced Proe to the world in the early 2000s. Now, with plenty more experience under his belt and a new album on the way, Proe is back with the new mixtape on the “rappity rap punchline side of things” as well as his new album which promises to be his most outgoing and unique album yet. Keep your ears tuned to RoutineFly.com for all the updates and enjoy some new rhymes by Rec-League‘s own Proe.

Proe “Famous” & “Not A Battle Rap” Mixtape Preview

Proe is a name you may or may not be familiar with, depending on how long you’ve been listening to the Rec-League‘s music. Proe‘s last album “Perfect” came out in 2005 and received high marks accross the board. It even earned him an interview on the suicide girls site, as well as a fistfull of praise from many online critics… More recently, Proe contributed his song “Kop Cilla”, to the Rec-League “Season Two” album, released in dec 2009.

After a lengthy hiatus Proe is back making more music than ever. After recording and scrapping an entire album he made with DJ MF Shalem and starting all over, Proe is ready to make a splash once again with multiple projects nearing completion.

His “Whatever You’re On I’ll Take 2″ mixtape is part exercise, part flexing and all fire. Proe‘s signature style and supreme confidence come through like it never left on this newest release.

The first song from the project is “Famous” and is a light-hearted and honest take on some musician’s instant success. followed by “Not A Battle Rap” which is just that, Proe going in with no other goal other than murdering the beat. In Proe’s own words

“This mixtape is fun, this is me on my rap shit, honestly it couldn’t be more different than the music I’m making with shalem…”

Proe‘s versatility has always been one of his many strong points, and even on his “rap shit” Proe is able to display his humorous take on music, and maintain his outrageous lyrical ability at the same time.

Enjoy.

QM – “They Like Us”

Hello world! Rec-League and Routine Fly are proud to announce the first OFFICIAL single from QM‘s upcoming album “Happy Hour” which will be released on June 18th. The song “They Like Us” is produced by Grip Grand and showcases the wit and creative style that QM fans have grown to love. QM put in work on last years Rec-League release “Season Two” with the team and, on his own solo song “Pour Some, QM got the fans ready for the Happy Hour experience.

Happy Hour features production by Grip Grand, Richie Cunning, Proe & more. With guest spots from the Rec-League family, Grip Grand, Rob Rush, Richie Cunning & Vince The Bard. The album is chalk full of anthems sure to make any happy hour last until the sunrise.

I’ll be posting a few more songs and info as the June 18th date approaches. For now take some time to get familiar with QM and warm that liver up for the Happy Hour.

Richie Cunning “

“Hi kids. I’ll keep this brief because I’m manually clicking out these words after spilling coffee on my keyboard last week. I remixed this song from my album using Aloe Blacc’s “I Need A Dollar” which is also the theme song of HBO’s new series How To Make It In America. Another brilliant promotional idea from the mind of QM. Peep it, download it, spread it. You know the drill. Rico Cochino. Out.”
